VoiceClub — Terms of Service

1. Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age in your country (at least 16 in the EU) to use VoiceClub.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account and your callsign. Keep your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use VoiceClub to harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate others; to share illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content; or to spam. You are responsible for everything you say or transmit.
4. Voice & recording
Don't record or share other people's audio without their consent.
5. Moderation
VoiceClub provides tools to block and report other users. We aim to review reported content and act within 24 hours of receipt. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm others. If your account is limited or suspended, you can appeal by emailing rachid.ouaalit@hotmail.com with your callsign.
6. Termination
You can stop using VoiceClub and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account).
7. Disclaimer
VoiceClub is provided "as is" without warranties. Voice quality and availability depend on third parties and your network.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VoiceClub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
10. Changes
